Refiready.ai is operated by Data Acquisition Partners LLC (“Refiready,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company that provides predictive mortgage refinance lead data to business clients such as call centers, mortgage brokers, lenders, and loan officers. This policy applies to refiready.ai and to the lead data products we make available to our business clients.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit our request or contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the lead volume you are interested in, and any message you choose to send.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies.
• Lead data we process for clients. As part of our services, we process information about homeowners and properties to identify and score likely refinance candidates that we make available to our business clients.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries, provide sample data, and deliver and support our services.

• To communicate with you about your account, requests, and relevant updates.

How we share information

We may share information as follows:

• Business clients. We provide lead data records to our vetted business clients for their own lawful outreach. Our clients are independently responsible for their use of that data and their own compliance with applicable laws.

We do not sell the information you submit to us through our website contact form to third parties for their own marketing.

The lead data we provide to clients

Our lead data is generated through our proprietary predictive modeling and is intended for business-to-business use by clients who conduct their own compliant outreach. Records we make available are scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call registry before delivery. Estimated figures such as estimated interest rates are model-derived approximations for prioritization, not verified or quotable terms. Our clients are responsible for honoring consumer requests, maintaining their own suppression lists, and complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call rules, state licensing requirements, and other applicable laws.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

Data retention

Do Not Call and suppression requests

If you wish to be suppressed from lead data we generate, email us at sanj@refiready.ai and we will add you to our internal suppression list. You may also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
